At Just Wallpaper, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Processing & Shipping Times

Most wallpaper orders ship within 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, carrier delays, holidays, and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Backordered Items

While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional backorders may occur. If an item in your order is backordered or experiences an unexpected delay, we will contact you promptly with an updated estimated shipping date.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Just Wallpaper is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
