Standard Wallpaper Rolls

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our wallpaper is sold in standard rolls and is typically stocked inventory.

Returns

Unopened, unused rolls may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Rolls must be unopened and in original packaging

  • Products must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or installed wallpaper rolls

  • Samples

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom-cut, special-order, or discontinued products

  • Products damaged due to improper installation, storage, or handling

Inspection Requirement

Customers should inspect all wallpaper upon delivery and prior to installation.

Do not cut or install wallpaper that appears damaged or defective.

Installation, cutting, or alteration of the product constitutes acceptance of the goods.

We are not responsible for labor costs, installation costs, or additional materials associated with the installation of wallpaper.

Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Photos of product labels

  • Photos showing the defect or damage

Upon verification, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected roll(s); or

  • Issue a refund for the affected roll(s)

Remedies are limited to the defective product and do not extend to labor, installation, or related costs.

Dye Lots

Wallpaper colors may vary slightly between production runs. To help ensure consistency, we recommend ordering all rolls needed for your project at the same time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the specific product involved.

We are not liable for:

  • Installation costs

  • Labor costs

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Lost profits

  • Project delays

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except for the limited warranty described above, products are provided "as is" without additional express or implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
